




The new School of Nursing building at UConn will be located along Bolton Road within the South Campus. This facility will be approximately 90,000 square feet and is designed to support the growing needs of the nursing program, which is currently housed in Storrs Hall. The new building aims to provide modern educational spaces that align with the university’s 2015-2035 Campus Master Plan.
The project started July 2025 and will wrap in the summer of 2026.




Oneil’s Construction partnered with Manafort Brothers on Center Park Place West Luxury Condominiums. We laid over 973.28 tons of rebar, 3000 sq ft of welded wire mesh and 1362 sets of #5 & #6 dowel bar substitutes . We started the project in October of 2025 and are projected to finished in May of 2026.



The project involves the construction of a new approximately 135,000 square foot facility to support CTDOT operations. The new facility is being constructed on the site of the CTDOT’s existing Materials Testing Lab and Signal Lab.
Oneil’s Construction did the furnish AND install of 300 tons of uncoated rebar, wire mesh and chairs. The project is expected to wrap in 2026.



The $112 million, 125,000–135,000 sq. ft. facility is just north of the original 1958 school and is designed to accommodate up to 660 students. Construction is well underway. Oneil’s has installed 30.4 tons of rebar and 14,650 sq ft of wire mesh. The building is looking to open in August of 2026.



Oneil’s started the rebar in April of 2025 and wrapped in October of 2025. The upgraded Manchester Public Library is a 70,000 sq ft structure that includes space for Manchester’s robust collection of books and materials, areas for children of all ages, dedicated interactive teen space, makerspace and audio-visual studio, private study and meeting rooms, and a large community meeting space.
Oneil’s laid 63 tons of rebar and 92,850 sq ft of wire mesh.
