About Orville Campbell
Orville Campbell is the President and Co-Founder of Oneil’s Construction established in 2014 and based in Hartford, CT.
Orville brings over 25 years of industry experience specializing in concrete reinforcing steel, wire mesh installation, and stud welding.
Before founding Oneil’s Construction, he spent 17 years as a union carpenter mastering all phases of commercial carpentry and construction. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality drive the company’s success across every project.
Devon G. Harrison Sr. is the Vice President and Superintendent Oneil’s Construction based in Hartford, CT. He is a proud member of Local 15 Iron Workers.
Since 2018, he has led field operations on major commercial projects including UCONN School of Nursing, Bulkeley High School, and Goodwin Technical High School.
With over 25 years of experience in ironwork and crew management, Devon is skilled in coordinating daily site operations, enforcing safety standards, and collaborating closely with project managers and inspectors to ensure quality and efficiency.
His previous experience includes leadership roles at Kelly Steel, Barker Steel, JFC, Hartford Steel, and Crown Steel, contributing to landmark projects such as Hartford Hospital, the CT Science Center, and the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge.
Katelyn Morgan is the Director of Operations at Oneil’s Construction, leading strategic project management, marketing, and communications across large-scale commercial construction projects.
She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and operations, she drives brand growth, workforce development, and process improvement initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency. Katelyn holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Hartford.
Kerryann Campbell, Business Operations Director
Kerryann Campbell oversees payroll, office administration, onboarding, and human resources at Oneil’s Construction, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong team support. With extensive experience in office management, customer service, and complex account coordination, she brings exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to the company.
Kerry’s background in high-volume service environments translates seamlessly to construction operations, where accuracy, efficiency, and people-first leadership are essential. Her professionalism and attention to detail help drive operational excellence and support Oneil’s Construction’s continued growth.
